Ok so I'm at the point where the Brown Rice is gotta go, or at least get cut back. It is pretty much my staple carb and I eat it with my chicken, turkey breast, and Salmon. I also put olive oil on it for flavor, but it's brown rice. I like whole wheat pasta much better, as well as sweet potato's. I'm not talking about completely eliminating it from my diet, but I would like to swap it out for whole wheat pasta or sweet potato's. Will I end up regretting this ?
