I like bananas
I'm really lacking in the biceps department and want to know if I can add in more bicep work on another day.
Current routine as follows...
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Legs
Wednesday- Back
Thursday- Shoulders
Friday- Arms
I only have about 50 minutes a day and no weekend time to lift. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you!
