I'm getting a bulk plan together and I'm looking for info or a plan on diet/macros for muscle gain and minimal fat gain.. how much to eat when to eat...I've done bulks in the past but it usually comes with more fat gain then I would like.
go to the diet section... click on the free diet advice by 3j article.. its a sticky.. read post 1.. then post diet.. MAKE SURE TO READ POST 1 OR I WILL IGNORE YOUR POST.. THERE ARE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS IN IT!
