Looking for answers

Hi there!
I am currently researching some information on insulin and it's time slots to be taken when working out. I need help in finding out the safe window after my workout to take the insulin and if it's okay to take with glutamine and creatine?? Can anyone help me out?
 
I'm going to assume you're diabetic and need this, so I wont go into the dangers of taking insulin and going hypo and dying..... with that said - before and after a work out - Slin works best with GH and Gear but slin alone still provides a lot of anabolism.
 
Welcome to ology. Would you mind posting your stats and cycle experience? Insulin is nothing to mess around with. This is serious stuff. Btw your user name cracked me the fuck up. :hahano:
 
If I knew how to fill out this stupid profile thing, it would say that I'm a female not a male first off....lol I don't really have any stats or cycle experience as of yet, hence the reason I'm looking for answers....I'm diabetic so I know how insulin works, just don't know how it works with my training.
