looking for diet plan for my cycle

Hey guys!

Im 28yrs old 180lbs 12% bf.
Im starting Teste + dbol cycle,

test 12weeks, dbol 4weeks...


my goal is to get big and cut...
anyone know how many calories/fat/carb/protien i should be intaking on this cycle and what my meal plan should look like?
any advice would help out alot!

In 12 weeks you can have big or cut. It's pretty hard to get both... greedy :)
I would stack that Dbol for the whole cycle. 25mg/day is good enough.
Oats for breakfast with egg whites.
Chicken breasts and boiled potatoes till you puke an egg !
After a week that chicken is going to taste like shit but eat it anyway.
Make sure you are taking Milk Thistle on that Dbol cycle. Take flax oil too like it says on the bottle.
Throw in some red meat every third day and tons of broccoli.
The rest you can find on the outer forums.

yea milk thistle is a must i already have, i took dbol before i know how it increase your appetite, i think going to the chinese buffett is good..its like $12 and all you can eat beef, pork, chicken and rice :beertoast:beertoast:beertoast

Yuk ! No chinese buffett man. No surgar, no salt. Dbol will make you retain water like a camel.

12 bucks is too much when you can buy more chicken and potatoes :)

Drink lots of water. about 7L per day total.

Hit those weights heavy and hard at it.

No cardio for the first month.

That's the Dennis James Mr. Olympia 8 week diet. I believe that he does 1 hour of cardio per week.
At 180lbs with 12% BF. I would guess that you are about 5'10". I just took your gear and 12 weeks, and then decided what I would do in that amount of time. 12% body fat isn't that much (GSP is 7.5%). Afer those first 4 weeks you will have time to design your diet and routine. You are doing this with summer coming up right ? This is what I consider to be the fastest way to do it. I would put on the size first. You want size and definition in 12 weeks while hitting the chinese buffett. You're going to end up in a complicated and expensive diet.
