I'm doing 300 to 400 situps and crunches a night and little to no results. Still have a couple of inches to loose in the ab region and can't seem to do it.
That's right you have too get to a certain amount of bf to make your abs visible (around 12% bf from waht I know).
For the workout I like the following:
I start with 3 sets of v-ups. Each done to failure with about 45secs to max. 1minute rest in between. Make sure your shoulder blades and heels never touch the floor. Then I do 3 sets of crunches. Each set for one minute straight. Don't count the reps focus on the burn in your abs and just make sure you do one minute. Then one minute rest and set 2. Worked fine for me. if you can easily last for one minute you can put a weight on your chest to make it harder.
