Hey I am thinking about making the plunge into sarms I think I am going to run LGD, Ostar, and MK677. This will be my first run in with any anabolic and considering that could you please help me build a cycle with dosages and please include a pct I know a lot of people say you don't need one but fuck that I'd rather spend the extra money and have a working set of balls.

Cool man well first off read up on beginner cycle stickies basically just to get an idea about pct and cycling in general if you're using sarms that are suppressive then most of the same rules apply .

As for you're stack that looks OK you didn't mention diet or training though . mk is awesome and so is lgd osta also has its place my stack that would hold its ground against most traditional aas cycles is mk 677 lgd and yk 11 this is were its at in terms of sarm cycles this is king

First, get a blood test before you start. They are cheap and they tell you your baseline - in other words, what your normal is. How can you know you returned to normal if you do not know what normal is? You can go to www.privatemdlabs.com and get the Hormone Panel for Females for about $58 if you use their coupon code. If you sign up for their monthly newsletter, they send you a code you can use 3 times a month for 15% off. Well worth it.

MK677 should be treated as if it was HGH, so run it for many months to get the true benefits of it.
LGD definitely needs PCT - if anyone says otherwise you should run from them. PubMed studies showed complete shutdown with as little as 1mg a day and you will be taking much more. In the study, everyone recovered without PCT, but since you will be taking much more, I would never risk it.

Dosing:
LGD4033- ranges from 5mg per day to 10mg per day.
MK677 - 25MG a day
MK2866 (or Osta)- 25mg per day, one dose.

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/50/50 and Nolva 20/20/10/10, wait 2 weeks and get a blood test to see if you returned to normal. If not, do another month of PCT, wait 2 weeks, and get a blood test again.

Make sure to use our coupon code to save 30% off all of our SARMs!
