looking for new lifters

me and a friend of mine run a barbell club in west alabama called bama barbell. its out of tuscaloosa, alabama(no surprise on a name). we are lookin for a few hardcore lifters that want to SFW and get ****in strong! the vid below will let you know how we do things...

No one in my gym uses them..

How much does your bench go up?? 100#??

I would love to use bands again. I used them a couple of years ago and really noticed a rapid increase in strength.
