I would post some pics if I was on a cycle, next cycle this fall bro, I'll def. post some progress pics for ya! I'm already pretty surprised by the way I look right now (for being natty) its a major improvement from when I was a teen, I used to be into smoking weed/cigs, drinking, prescription pills, skinny as fk, 6'2 143lbs and now 6'2 210 and LEAN!

i was skinny as fuck weighing 152. went all the way up to 180 and then down to 172 after water weight was gone. i used to bench press max 30 lbs plates each side. now im up to two plates.
