looking to build mass but lose gut fat at same time. anything?

broccoli and chicken , great for gut fat , losing fat is going to come down to your diet mainly and burning calories , u can lose fat and gain on test if u are training hard and eating well, also u cannot spot reduce fat from a certain section in your body unless u have liposuction done . training abs can help to give a bit more firm appearance , but diet is going to be your best friend
 
I too am looking for the same thing. Good thing I love chicken and Broccoli. I need to lay off the bud lights though......
 
This is controversial, but what isn't on here. I have been doing the HCG diet and lost 7 lbs the first week. My middle has been the main target. I'm also on HGH. Food consists of chicken, greens, and apples. Quick losses and much disipline.
 
I'm pretty lean but I lost 20lbs of Bf about 8 years ago from jogging 2 miles everyday and eating rice, fish, chicken, and veggies. Plus I was on a caloric deficit diet.
