I'm looking to lose 10 pounds quickly before the beach season starts up. Currently 6'0 and 182, looking to get to 172. This was my weight back in September and I wanna bring it back there.

What do you think my daily restrictions should be in terms of cals, fat, carbs, and protein?

A properly planned and executed keto diet can do it.
 
Workout regularly and choose a good diet for diet for yourself. Stay active and stay away from junk or processed foods, drink lots of water. You will see the amazing results very soon.
