Looking to try suppliments, located west of chicago, il

I am 47, currently taking fish oil, flaxseed oil, creatine ( non water retention ), amino blaster, and wondering if anybody has any suggestions on any other suppliments, or the legal steroids on here. I weigh 230 lbs at 6' and only have a gut, the rest is solid. I am trying to get rid of the gut, drop 30+ lbs, to try to get off diabetic medication. I have too much mass to get my weight below 190lbs, but want to find something that works. I am open to suggestions. I do cardio, light weights with lots of reps . Thanks for any help. Just curious. What has your diet been like? And, what does your typical cardio session look like (e.g., how much time do you spend, what do you do and how often do you do it?) My experience with OTC supplements (no experience with "legal steroids") is that they are a benefit, an edge of a benefit, when other weightloss factors are in check.

I just started to run again, I work out 4x a week, I lift 1 plate on the bench up to 40 reps, then 20 then keep going til I burn out. I do 300 crunches, I am going to try to get back to running 2 or 3 miles 2x a day morning/night. I only have things at home to work with, there are no good health clubs by me. I eat a lot of salads, fruit, fish, chicken, not a lot of red meat, stay away from chips and garbage. I retain a lot of water weight unless it's hot outside when I am working and sweat it out. Then my weight is down 15 lbs. I don't drink alchahol, soda, mostly water, tea, protien shake 1 or 2 times a day ( just started the shake )
 
Sorry for the delay in a reply. I have more questions. Have you been losing weight but your losses have stagnated. Or is the interest in weightloss is a new goal? Do you know how many calories you are taking in a day? And how many meals do you eat a day?
