Loose skin- (bare with me guys)

Hey guys,

i posted this in two forums because i wasnt sure who might give me the best answer- but part of this question does relate to gear so your help would be greatly appreciated.

im training a buddy of mine andhave been working with him over the past few months. He started at 5'10 256 pounds. In a matter of 3 months he has dropped down to 230lbs. I am however concerened that with this weight loss from someone who was overweight there will be a lot of loose flabby skin hanging around.

Is there a way to minimize the chances of this happening. Any aspect of training that i should minimize or maximize ?

His diet is good, protein high, starchy carbs are low although its not a true bodybuilding diet- its very good for a newbie. He does intend on doing a cycle on which i will also guide him. Will that help his physique transform without excess sking hanging around? I would assume this would be possible because of the enhanced growth he would experience from doing AAS? Your help is greatly appreciated

i would think that the excess skin around his arms chest and shoulders shouldnt be to bad as the muscle gained from cycle should start to replace the amount of fat which has streched the skin! If he s left with loose skin around the stomach Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) wont help as he will be aiming to shrink his waist not fill it with large muscle like other areas! one year i bulked far to much my chest went to a 54inch and my waist 40 inch and im only 5,10 im down to a 34 waist now but skin isnt as tight as it was, it is improving but its taking its time and ive used ass a few times since dieting down!

u mentioned the guys diet isnt in check yet so make sure that is sorted before he starts a cycle otherwise he wont acheive what he could!
also i dont know what other guys think here but i wouldnt personally do a cycle if i was over 15%bf as it is diffcult trying to add alot of muscle without gaining some fat!
