Hey guys,
i posted this in two forums because i wasnt sure who might give me the best answer- but part of this question does relate to gear so your help would be greatly appreciated.
im training a buddy of mine andhave been working with him over the past few months. He started at 5'10 256 pounds. In a matter of 3 months he has dropped down to 230lbs. I am however concerened that with this weight loss from someone who was overweight there will be a lot of loose flabby skin hanging around.
Is there a way to minimize the chances of this happening. Any aspect of training that i should minimize or maximize ?
His diet is good, protein high, starchy carbs are low although its not a true bodybuilding diet- its very good for a newbie. He does intend on doing a cycle on which i will also guide him. Will that help his physique transform without excess sking hanging around? I would assume this would be possible because of the enhanced growth he would experience from doing AAS? Your help is greatly appreciated
