Lose fat while bulking on cycle

I'm currently considering my first steroid cycle and when to start it. Its a test (500 mg a week) and deca (300 mg a week) cycle, and I'd intended to diet down to low bodyfat beforehand but have been advised to start now.

I eat very clean, but during my first bulking phase (which was natural) I followed a very high calorie (but clean) diet and managed to put on a bit more weight then I wanted to. I've been using my own version of the Anabolic diet with some success, but don't know if it'd be good for getting maximal gains while on cycle.

I basically eat the same shit three meals a day, with a shake thrown in.

chicken breast 150 cal, 27g protein, 5 fat
1.5 cup of green beans

I eat this 4 times a day, 8 am, 12 noon, 4:30 p, 9 pm. I workout at 7pm, and have a protein shake (50 g protein).

On weekends I eat fruit and vegetables in way higher amounts. I wish I could say exactly how much, but I usually just eat a potato and a piece of fruit, 6- 8 times a day, along with three chicken breasts spread throughout.

I workout 5 days a week, with 4 days of 30 minute cardio.
