losing body fat...

Knows whats up
ok, i know cardio and diet is a big part of it...but i just want to get an idea of how long it takes.. lets say to lose 5% bf...like going from 15%-10%....would this % be low enough for full Abs or does it depend on the person? thanks...

It could take a month but depending on how much LBM you don't mind losing. Some people get low bodyfat and still don't have abs.

Genetics and mass. Some have genetics that allow them to have abs when at a higher percentage bodyfat, others have more mass which gives them the ability to show abs at a higher percentage bodyfat. Example, if you have 30lbs more muscle than your buddy who is the same height, you will be able to show abs before he will.

No, you really spelled it right. Most people put 'loosing' or 'loose'.

Because their abs are not very big because of not training them. If they are big, then they will stick out more, so you dont have to get so lean to see them.

Tx, your also right.

10% should be pretty good abs for most people if you work them enough, 8% though is where they really start to come in, again for most. I think 10% is a good bodyfat to carry, 8% would not be so easy for me year round.
