Losing fat from bulk cycle

Hey guys,

Just ended PCT after a 12 week test e only cycle with DBol kick start. Put on a great amount of mass during this time including some fat. While on my bulk cycle I did a 5x5 lifting routine with zero cardio. Now that my PCT is complete I'm looking to get into summer shape. I will have my diet in check, but would like advice on a work out routine to help keep the muscle I put on while burning off the fat.
 
your diet is more important than your workout routine.. i would look into carb cycling

Great point. I was going to mention that diet will be king. This is the guy to listen to when it comes to diet for sure!

Thanks for the comments guys. I will definitely be doing carb cycling.

Just a quick question on HIIT. How long should I do this when first introducing it to my routine and should it be done before or after I lift? Also, should I change my lifting routine to less weight/more reps rather than high weight/low reps?

Cut creatine too?
 
i agree, lttle bit cycling is good,but if we perform it at a greater level for burning fat, will get tired and weak.
