losing mass

I heard that when u take steroid u tend to lose alot of mass when you come off a cycle?
Also when you come off a cycle your weights in the weightroom decrease?
I was asking b/c later in life I want to indulge in some steroids so i'm trying to figure out enough info on it.
 
If you follow a good post-cycle recovery plan (proper meds, training & diet), chance are pretty good you will maintain the majority of your gains.

The amount of weight lifted will decrease some, but IMO, it's not about how much you can lift anyways, it's about building up your muscles.

SC is right about the post cycle recovery and maintaining your gains , but hes wrong about the strenght lol strenght is where its at :D
 
I remember about 4-5 years ago a friend of mine juiced, he was told he'd only keep about 10-20% of his gains and to use tribulus post cycle. I guess they didn't use clomid back then.

THIS IS CORRECT..I HAVE NOT LOST VERY MUCH SIZE..IF ANY...AND THE STRENGTH DROPPED IN THE AREA OF REPS AND ENDURANCE...BUT THE AMOUNT I PUSH IS THE SAME...

I HAVE DO DISAGREE ON THE SECOND HALF THOUGH, AT LEAST FOR ME, I LIFT FOR THE STRENGTH AND POWER...THE MUSCLE COMES WITH IT...I LIKE TO POWER LIFT AND THAT IS WHAT I USE THE GEAR FOR, TO GET THE WEIGHT UP..
