So i've been on a test-deca cycle and had a big jaw surgery about a week ago, have been on a liquid only diet ever since and even though my cslories come up to just about the same, I lostlike 10 pounds in the first 3 days.... Anyone can explain that? i'm going craxy... Thanks!

Probable water weight. Not a huge deal just get to eating ASAP. If still liquid make some shakes with oats, PB, protein etc etc

Use a bigger straw.

What are the macros like in the meal replacement shakes they have you on? I suspect that unless there's a ridiculous amount of sugar, your carbs are way down, which is going to equate to water loss. ;)

Or grab a bigger straw... :spin:

I already didn't many carbs... I have lots of yougourt and a bit of sugar but yes my fat and prot are probs up and my carbs slightly down.

That would make the most sense to me. Water is about 8lbs a gallon, so just dropping a few pints could easily do that. :)
