Last week in the gymThursday I was doing heavy squats (for me) 225 (5th set ,all warmed up) and hear a rip or popping sound and can hard get my right leg up. I thought I completley tore 1 of my quad muscles Figured 6 weeks min.SHIT!.. I iced it ,acupuncture,cold laser,massageand put magnets on it. I rested all weekend and took off mon. By Tuesday it was 75% better ..Couldnt believe it. Maybe its been the 5iu a day rips? been on for two months..Anyway thought Id share ..almost ready to do legs again. Thank god. And my weight is up from 175 to 185.
