Low fat bulking on tren

Blitzkrieg
I'm on 5k calories with around 60g fat only and around 300-350g protein. The rest is carbs (800g+).

I'm on test, tren and mast. Pretty high doses on all. The logic behind the low fat intake supposedly is that tren does not let you gain any fat that way.

Does anyone else do this? Any suggestions?

Tren is one of the strongest compounds, if not the strongest out there, but if you're TDEE is 3000 calories lets say for example, low fat/high fat/no fat and tren or no tren a 2000calorie surplus will make you gain weight and fat. Regardless it's not dietary fat that would make you fat bc if it was everyone eating the low fat/no fat gimmicky products out there wouldn't be fat but they are. The number one component to fat loss or fat gain (also muscle and weight gain in general) is your caloric intake along with macro intake. A lot of other factors come into play but I think you're over thinking things with your diet and believing in "marketing hype" or word of mouth. You've got more than enough protein for a 230lb man and more than enough carbs as well. You can up your fat intake so as to eat less volume of food (if its a problem eating that many calories) since fat is the most energy dense macro.

lets not also forget that tren increases feed efficiency... i would do a 500 calorie surplus and add 100 calories every other week

Feed efficiency such as calorie partitioning or simply using feed mass as a means of putting on body mass? Thanks for the insight 3J

correlation of absorption and execution of nutrients in an optimum manner.. when cows are given fina pelets and moved for days in the back of a truck without food they actually gain weight.. it was found that the food in the cow stomach actually was put to better use by the body..

So the latter, Awesome. Informative as always!!!

Thanks for the replies.

Since there are no human studies no tren, I find the broscience/anecdotal evidence very valuable. I got the low fat idea from this video:

I never used to do this before when I wasn't on tren. It was always calories > all for me. And it worked well. Although I'm under the impression that tren changes this game.

Would there be any downsides to bulking on low fat? I'm guessing it could affect the thyroid hormones.
