Low free Testosterone, what to do? (Total T: 712 ng/dl Free T:12.4)

at 712 ng/dl Total T you have nothing to worry about. The "Free Testosterone" level blood test is a useless test for veteran testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) experts.
They look at Total T, Bio available T, and of course your symptoms.
My testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc openly states that he makes his diagnosis (20 % from Bio T tests, and 80% symptoms)
You are fine!

Yeah, the DHEAS was on the lower end of the range. I havent found much info on DHEAS levels. I dont know what's supposed to be optimal. Austinite, do you have a particularly good source or thread for such info? I'm gonna search the forum. Thanks for helping

Not really. But if you want to list your blood results including ranges I'll be happy to take a look at it.

My bad, i meant to as ask, when are they supposed to peak? Blood work i got cbc, t/free t, vit d, b 12 etc

ok.. lol, not sure why you're holding back on blood work...

Anyway, everyone is different, there is no set age for peak. Even if you look at statistics and charts, they'd have too wide of a range to pinpoint this.

Lol i was feeling lazy. I'll put them up right now. I love looking at blood work :laugh4:

TSH was on the higher side. Was thinking hypothyroid but more recent blood work showed a lower level. Vitamin D and B-12 are in the upper range. B-12 supposedly too high.

That B12 isn't high. It stays at en elevated level if you are shooting B12 for a while. But once you stop taking B12 shots it drops.
I wouldn't worry. Tests look good.
