Low FSH & LH but normal serum testosterone

I just got my blood results back. I am 23

My testosterone is 17.3 nmol/l which I am happy with.
(Free test came back low from a private saliva testing company at 39pg/ml :S)

Prolactin, TSH, T4 & oestradiol are well within the normal range

My FSH and LH levels are low however (FSH came back as abnormal)

FSH 0.70 iu/l
LH 1.9 iu/l

Is this something I should investigate?

I have never taken anything I am completely natural

If you aren't currently taking anything, and your bloodwork is off, you would be best served seeing your doctor. Just my $0.02.
