Low Red Blood Cell Count on TRT

I am on TRT 300mgs testC wk, 1mg arimidex 3x wk. I also added 300mgs Primo, 50mgs Var. wk into the mix. My levels for total test is around 50 when not on trt and around 750 when on trt. However my blood just came back and the doctor was concerned that my RBC was only 3.2 mill/mcl. She thought it would be much higher while on the TRT. She does not know about the Var & primo. Can the Var or Primo lower the RBC. I was off of all test,Primo,Var for three weeks when i did the blood work. Cholesterol,Liver function,and all that was normal. Anyone have any insight?

Can you post the normal range for your lab? Every lab is different. Can you also post hemoglobin and hematocrit?

Have you been donating blood regularly? That lowers RBC's (hematocrit).

If you have not been donating blood regularly you might want to look at Iron and Ferritin.

Sorry for delay did not see reply..... Normal RBC is 4.40-6.10 mill/cmm hemoglobin 38 g/dl range 13.0-18.0 hemocrit 45.3% normal 39-52 no blood donations
