I have been suffering from low T for about 13 years (I am 33 yrs now) I think and recently I have been trying to find the root cause of my low T. Have visited various endos and urologists and no one thinks I have low T, so I have been doing my own research to find cause of my low T and other health problems I have.

My symptoms:

1) ED
2) High fatigue, especially since I started having ED
3) Extremely low stamina
4) Very low confidence professionally (although I have done ok) and low motivation at work
5) Minor depression
6) Extreme negative thoughts
7) Chronic stress and tension
8) Huge belly fat (I used to be very skinny till I was 22);
9) Brain fog
10) Cold intolerance
11) Frequent urination
12) Suffer from cervical and lower back pain
13) Chronic sinusitis and headache
14) High cholesterol
15) Chronic acid reflux (GERD)

Have got various tests done in the past for which I am listing the results below. Am thinking of getting my cortisol levels (to see if they are really high?) and C reactive protein (to see if I suffer from inflammation) checked, does it make sense?

RED BLOOD CELL COUNT 5.72 High (4.5 - 5.5 mil/***956;L)
HEMOGLOBIN 15.4 (13.0 - 17.0 g/dL)
HEMATOCRIT 45.1 (40 - 50 %)

GLUCOSE, FASTING, PLASMA 88 74.0 - 99.0 mg/dL
GLUCOSE, POST-PRANDIAL, PLASMA 113 (Upto 140 mg/dL)
CHOLESTEROL 188 (< 200 Desirable, 200 - 239 Borderline High, >/= 240 High mg/dL)
TRIGLYCERIDES 154 (Normal <150; Borderline high: 150 - 199, High: 200 - 499, Very high: > or = 500)
CHOLESTEROL HDL 32 (< 40 Low; >/=60 High)

Thyroid profile:
Free T3: 3.03 pg / ml (2.5-3.9)
Free T4: 0.99 pg / ml (.61-1.12)
TSH: 1.75 uIU / ml (.34-5.6)
Peroxidase antibody: 53.2 uIU / ml (<60)
Thyrglubin Antibody: 16.1 uIU / ml (<60)

TOTAL T: 270.09 ng/dl
FREE T: 5.84 pg/ml
FSH: 5.75 mIu/ml
LH: 4.16 miu/ml
SERUM PROLACTIN LEVEL: 11.39 ng/ml
SERUM ESTRADIOL E2: <10 pg/ml
SHBG: 12.8 nmol/L

Can the experts please give their thoughts on my underlying disease / condition / syndrome. Any help is appreciated.

You have healthy RBC's, HCT, for sucj a low T

You never took any TRT before right?
What % b.f. are you now?
Are you physically active?
Your Estradiol is low but notreally a bad thing.
You never lowered it with a.i.'s...
We aromatize differently when we are running on endogenous hormones.
Your levels are low. Your docs are probably spooked of that b.s. study linking TRT to blood clots and heart attacks.
Thats why they are giving you the b.s. about it being fine. Its not.
Fire them!!!
Lower your triglycerides too.

Thanks, have never done any form of TRT or use AIs. Have generally been an inactive and lazy sort of a person, and only now have started exercising.

So just to recap what you are saying is most of my problems are bcoz of low T?

Looks like there is a problem with your testicles given that your LH and FSH
are a bit on the high side. Your TT is definitely on the low side. Have you ever had any issues with or trauma to your testicles? Has a urologist examined them?

What is the normal range on your Prolactin test?

Hi the range for prolactin is 2.1-17.7 but mine at 11.39 is a bit on the high side? My urologist said the size of testicles is on the smaller side.

Tell him to quit dilly dallying aside with feeling up your balls and to give you something to beef them up in size and crank out some man T.
