Lower Pec workout What does you all do!

So i would like to know how you guys workout out your lower pecs
I have built my upper and inner well but need work on the lower portion what do you think i should do.

Typical work out of course i change up alot
flat, incline, butterflies incline, cables, and decline all in one day 3 sets of each
do you think i am over tyraining?

hmm thats 5 moves for chest alone....every workout?
how many sets and reps? you may very well be overtraining!!

the best for lower pecs would be decline bench alternating between barbell and dumbells.
 
Weighted dips. Keep your hands back and wide as you get them. I like to lean as far forward going down as possible (just be careful). I also do decline barbell bench. I go heavy, heavy on this. 4x6-8

I just bench and close grip. I believe the chest muscle contracts as one there is no middle, upper, lower, center, outer chest you can contract just section it contracts a as a whole.
