I made a 4g kit with 2 carts and ended up with around 27 ml,so I would assume its a higher mg per ml ??????

Thats a good assumption, yes.

Thats a pretty high conentration, almost 150mg/ml.

I love the HIGHER mg/ml concentrations but usually don't welcome the associated extra pain!

I actually prefer lower concentration gear. Volume and frequency of injection don't bother me but pain and irritation from BA tears my up.
