rpwhit: don't get me wrong - I'm well aware of that being the case. But I guess what I was hoping for was some wisdom as to process.
I don't have a problem going to chat with some of the guys at the gym who are on, although it might get me a shot in the head.
I just figured that if someone wants to chat with me, offline, I'd give them the option. I wouldn't EVER want to solicit or ask for it on here... That's just stupid, and I agree, I probably came off sounding like that - so my bad, and I apologize.
I've spent a LOT of time in gyms in my day, but I've rarely talked to anyone about them, so I'm a bit apprehensive asking someone I know to hook me up. Same goes on here - I don't know anyone, no one knows me, so what would I really expect. But, it's kinda like my car forums - I figure it's a good place to meet people and find stuff out.
Sadly, there is that legality issue. LOL.
Apologies to all who've been offended by my post - I won't do that again. Hopefully I'll have the success I'm looking for, as will others in my position.
In the meantime, I intend to contribute in a positive way to this forum, not through knowledge, cuz I'll get smoked there, but through humour and feedback.
