Maintaing post roids

*Update* So i took your advise RJH and have been doing this along with a clean diet and I gotta say Ive added 10lbs of weight to everything SQUAT/BENCH/DEADLIFT. I as for gains, my vascularity is a bit more pronounced, and slight muscle gain overall. So far im happy with my progress and must say this is a bad ass routine. Guess you guys were right theres still gas in the tank no need for AAS yet.

I am not contradicting anything anyone has said here, but I personally know a guy who took 15mg dbol/ed then bumped it up to 35mg/ed on a 6 week cycle. Everything said and done, no post cycle therapy (pct), he pick up 29lbs and kept 24 of it.

From what I have read here, that isn't too common, but hell it happens. Could be you. Lol.

awesome. it only gets better brother. keep pounding that routine then after your 12 weeks let me know and we'll hook you up in another direction. If you don't plateau you can stay on that for longer.

you have to remember that a normal healthy male who takes testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) needs 100-200 mg a week of testosterone just to maintain a normal hormone level. your shutting down your natural test and only taking 140 mg a week. simple math says your cycle is not a good idea. spend that money on groceries.

I see this on the forums a lot, so I feel compelled to comment.

200mg/wk of test (ester of your choice) is NOT a typical testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) level dose. 70mg/wk of test base is much closer to typical testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) levels.

You still have a good point obviously-you don't want to shut down endogenous test production just to replace it with a weeny dose for the purpose of cycling unless the 200mg/wk of test is just for libido support with something stronger like tren.

Some oral only cycles -perhaps- make sense to me in certain circumstances (not the present one), but injects are cheaper and more sustainable IMO (not to mention more liver friendly).

And yeah, the needle phobia goes away quickly. The first pin is no more nerve-wracking than the first time you had sex (I'm making an assumption that you aren't a virgin), plus you don't have to cuddle with the used the needle afterwards and talk about it. You just discard it, like I do with hos and 23g's.

That said, consider just eating and working out. If your diet sucks, or your training sucks, then your AAS results will suck too. I started AAS too early and it was b/c I hit a plateau in the gym after 2 years or so of steady lifting. I could have pushed past it, but I want instant gratification. Without the needed "mental maturity", you may end up always wanting that instant gratification and forget what it feels like to work your ass off to gain that muscle naturally (and how rewarding that is).

No, its not BS. The guy had a bit of water retention, and didn't pick up too much fat. Not 24lbs worth. I don't know his exact bf %, but it couldnt be anymore than 13% before cycle, or after.

Just telling you what I have seen.

From what ive read Dbol has a high conver ratio hence the water retention/strn gains. If its not used to jump start a cycle/in conjunction with test all that water comes off after you stop using it.

I know they have test pills, that are mixed with some type of fat so it gets absorbed by the small intestant and dsnt have to destroy ur liver. But its rly expensive when compared to injectable. If you have the cash you could go that route if ur scared of needles.

I personally think it sounds safer than injecting, because you are putting yourself at risk of catching a nasty infection, whether it be from a dirty needle, or dirty gear. Sounds safe to me.

are you on doctor prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? If you were you would know that 100-200mg/w is pretty common out there. But i know of no doctor prescribing test base for TRT. You'd have to shoot it every day to maintain blood serum stability.

I'd check your info cause its wrong.

I cant give you the link exactly but when i was researching roids and cycles ect, I came across it, its called "Testosterone Undecanoate" or Andriol i believe. Doctors devolved it so patients undergoing routine test injections could administer it at their house rather than having to come in for test injections.
 
Im no expert but if natural test is between 100-200mg a wk how is 70mg > 100-200mg?

70mg of test base injected (raw test hormone with no ester attached) is the equivalent to ~100mg of long estered test like CYp or Enan which is usually administered as TRT. Either way, the point is moot as no testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is going to revolve around ED injections... none that I know of anyway.

Average males 25-40 produce about 70-100mg of test per week.
 
Hey guys another update. Feeling great, and sticking to this workout. But Im no longer getting as sore as I used to. Does this mean Im not building as much muscle anymore?
