Major help needed to make this complex diet simple!

Hello everybody. I have been a long time reader first time poster. I have realized to break into the sub 10% bf area I need to buckle down on diet so much more. I don’t eat red meat or pork so my protein intake comes mostly from poultry and seafood. Can I condense my meals down to the same thing almost every day? I know it seems weird but I’m very busy to say the least. (Military) I want to do the 40/40/20 and want to prepare a meal I can box up and make in bulk. I am 6’2, 12% bf, 220lbs. I work out 5 mornings a week (cardio) and do weight training in the afternoons 4x week split training. So I pretty much train twice a day at times. Thanks in advance for and suggestions and help.
 
Here's a simple plan:

Figure out maintenance calories
Eat 10-20% below this
Eat 1g/lb protein
Eat 0.45g/lb fat
Fill remaining calories primarily with carbs
Try get 13-15g/1,000kcal fibre

MyFitnessPal is a great app to track calories/macros.
 
you can but have to be careful how you do it so you dont get a food born allergy from eating the same thing every day for a long time..
