making my own bactrostatic water

Can I make my own bactrostatic water I seem to remember it is a combination of sterile water and .9% ba ?

I have some ba and I can buy sterile water from my local chemist...what do you guys think ?

You could. I would autoclave the water at 20psi for 30 or so minutes to make sure. The BA should kill any cooties in there.

lol I don't have a autoclave on hand, but if i used sterile water from the chemist and .9% ba woudn't that be bactrostatic water ?

Kewl it's costs about $10 to buy 30ml so why does anyone buy it if you can make it for virtually free ?

Really I've never heard of that, how much ? and if I do won't I need to filter the whole lot ?

A tiny bit, it's actually in on the ingredient on one of the bottles I had. Keeps the germs away, it's salt, you know? I think it's less than 1%, from memory it's 0.8%.
