Dieting is the edge that most anabolic users ignore..


people will cycle.. gain 20lbs of water weight and a little bit of muscle because they eat like a woman...


and then they come to me wondering why they lose all their gains post cycle..

the myth of never holding on to your gains after cycle that goes around with noobs is 100% to blame on a poor diet....

I'd love to see your diet also. I'm 5'9 and 170 pounds and keep my diet the same throughout cycle and natural with six meals two hours apart.

Three eggs in burrito wrap for breakfast
Two scoop protein shake before gym
Two scoop protein shake after gym
1 can of tuna melt
Chicken breast sandwich
Two scoop protein shake before bed
Snack on almonds throughout day

It looka like half your protein is coming from shakes. That's crappy. eat whole foods. Save the shake for Pwo.


I have two sample diets in the first post of my free diet advcie thread if you wanna see a basic bulker or cuttwr that I use. Remember though those diets are specifically tailored to my personal needs
 
this is a good offer 3J. So continuing to eat alot after a cycle is just as important as it is during?? Makes sense but is probably so obvious that it gets overlooked.
 
its not only how much you eat.. its also what you eat..

certain foods will help with natty test recovery... people dont take advantage of that

I know this is an old thread but it makes so much sense. I just posted a reply to someone about post cycle therapy (pct) is where you loose what you built or maintain at very best. Looking forward to getting going with 3J soon as the 3J office opens for business! :)
