I was, and probably still am, under the high end for BP but know that I am borderline and the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is probably driving it up some by the way my body has been feeling lately. I considered talking with my doc about it as she has reccommended looking into medication previously.
I thought I would give a go at managing it naturally before going for the meds though so have a few supplements on the way based on some of the resarch I have done on 'ology and other sources.
I am using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and a manageable does of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) - 250 mg per week (split between 2 doses) and .5 - 1.0 arimidex every other day. I ordered some COQ 10, fish oil, ala and nac (based off a good post I saw here recently where the OP had good success in lowering his BP). I donate blood regularly and take one baby aspirin daily.
Outside of diet and exercise - do you guys have anything that you utilize to keep the BP down?
