To be quite honest, I've found that smoking a small amount before a workout gives me CRAZY pumps. And I have such a better mind muscle connection and focus. Smoke too much though, and you'll get lost in between exercises. I've had that happen once or twice where I totally forgot what I was doing and what muscle group I was working on haha
