about to start my first cycle and want to make sure i get the best gains i can just wanted to see what your guys feeling are on mass gainers .. and i know GNC is not well loved here but how do you feel about there amplified mass xxx im sure over prices but if if it is a " good quality" protine dosenot matter to me just want the best stuff i can get.. ohh and the wheybolic extrem as well

i can say that i have used wheybolic and its not a gainer its a whey isolate, not sure on the others quality.

Haven't heard anything about it. If you're looking for reviews on weight gainers, just do a search. You'll find a ton.

I don't use weight gainers, but I've heard great stuff about BSN's Tru-Mass.
