Is it normal to have a decrease in appetite and drop weight while on masteron?

I dropped weight while i was on masteron, but i was also on a slightly reduced calorie diet for cutting. That stuff made me chiseled.

Just asking cause I saw on a site where masteron is given a 6 for gaining mass(10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest). Ive lost 4 pounds in two weeks from masteron and just dont have the appetite like when I was taking test e.

It's definitely not something that I would consider a good "mass" drug. However, you would still have to be in a calorie deficit to be dropping weight. I assume you are cutting, so you should be fine.
