1 plate to failure 3 sets with 30 second rest each


I have been pretty busy the last week so I fell behind on my log, but this week I should be posting a thorough log.

Tomorrow is the start of my third week, so I should be starting to see things crank along here in the next 7 or so days. Really looking forward to the size and strength gains coming along.

I have yet to have any side effects, except for a little water retention and I have noticed I am a little quicker to get angry over certain situation. Also my sex drive is starting to feel a little ramped up.

Is this normal guys or should I be seeing other results or effects at this point?

My diet has been pretty good. I am running about 4,000 calories a day, but thinking of getting 3J's help on this. Just waiting for some extra cash as I had a major expense pop up on me.

Seated rows with medium wide grip
Elevated seating to target mid to lower back

Reverse Grip Pulldowns

T- Bar Rows (Old School Style)

Bent Over BB Rows

Hammer Pulldowns

Squeeze and hold at bottom for deep contraction

stiff arm pulldown
3 sets 15 reps with 120

Tomorrow starts week 3 and injection #5. Weight is still maintaining consistency, but my bf is lowering. I am doing cardio in the mornings 3-5 days a week.
