Max OT routine

Someone in my class showed me this routine l havent started it yet still reading it all its basically for strength and size the guy who showed me this is a body builder and he claims he started off at 69KG's and got to about 90kg in 6 months..he saids he was gaining a KG a week...that is 2.2 pounds i think?? anyways here is the link which has the whole program in a .pdf file

The only thing extraordinary about that program is the claimed results. It looks like a training program any gym would give you. I don't think it would do any harm but I don't see how it could guarantee the results it claims.
 
^^^^ im not saying its the ebst workout ever, i havent tried it yet but someone i know that has started it has been gaining 1 kilo a week so far... guess it'll work for some and not for others..who knows. im gna try it for something diffrent to see how it goes
