Maximus HRT and 3J Nutrition together rules!!

I just joined the Maximus family and added 3J Nutrition to make it a win win scenario for my health.
You all know that Chip is the best Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) around because he lives it and he cares.
Not enough being said about 3J here. I added the Modified Carb diet and I need to tell you 3J has it goin on! This is no cookie cutter diet. He asks a lot of questions and creates a diet just for you. All the foods you like. It is going to be awesome.
I will keep you all posted on my 12 week progress!
