Hey everyone, this will be short and sweet but I just wanted to let you know my experience. I just received my protocol refill in the mail and it was missing a few things. Bear in mind this is NOT NOT NOT NOT Chip or MaximusHRT's fault, it was simply an error by the particular pharmacy. As soon as I noticed, I called the number and within 2 minutes had everything figured out and the missing items on their way. The customer service was fantastic and I got about a million apologies.
Chip has truly set up a professional team to support him and if you guys who are with Chip or maximus have any issues with your prescriptions, the pharmacy is willing to help.
Once again I am incredibly happy with the service all around.
