BB rows
weighted widegrip pullups tp failure
BB curl
concentration curls with DB's
reverse curls
forearm BB curls

legs- SQUATS
legpresses
stiff legged deads
lying leg curls
sitting calf raises
light front squats to failure

delts/traps- military press BB to front
rear DB raises while laying face down on incline bench
side DB raises
upright BB rows
BB shrugs
2 sets of forearms



Thinking of changing to

monday-----chest/delts/tri
tues------legs
off
thurs------back/bis/traps

think this would be too much? also calves and abs thrown in eod
 
I've always found that throwing your leg days to the first lifting day of your week always helps. or go to a five day split 1:chest/shoulders/tri 2:Legs/abs 3:back/bi 4:chest/shoulder/tri 5:legs/abs sat sun rest.

This allows for more focus and intensity plus shorter time in weight room keeps me fresh. Then went i get stale i just switch my leg and chest days.
