Hi guys,
I am new to actually participating on here, though over the year have picked up some real good tips just reading u all babbling on every day!
Anyway, i am mid way through my 3rd course and have always played it safe and stuck to putting it in my glutes.
Heres where the stupid bit may be: if i were to put it direct into, say, my pecs, would i get a better result when training my pecs???
No laughter please just easy answers!!!
