I added it up and doubled it.
I need it b/c i'm tired of trying my hardest and coming up with very small results. I do alot of cardio and diet is pretty good.
don't worry i got a guy that I go to do for everything he has never stood me up, i was just kinda wondering if i can pick them up this friday or in 2 weeks, but thats so cheap so looks like this friday.
