ok thanks for the input bro. I have been out for awhile and I am on a basketball team. So I do lots and lots of running. Plus I work 12hrs a day.Trying to get my bf% down for my next cycle!
 
Its hard to get real thick being 6'5" and no gym too. LOL. There is no gym within 2hrs from me. So I lift at home.
 
I can tell you do a lot of running by the looks of your calves. You got a lean physique to start with so that's a plus. Keep at it man!
 
Nice work bro. You are def. gonna like your next addition to your training with your leaness. I can't imagine the amount of calories you must have to eat to keep up with your metabolism to keep from losing muscle
