Hey guys, I decided I'd throw up a quick log on my current blast. I'm 9 days in and its beginning to hit hard today. Had an amazing back workout tonight. I haven't had that much drive and power in my workouts in a long time. Feeling good. I have hypogonadism so I blast and cruise. I am no longer on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with the doc, I do shit on my own. Don't recommend this to others but its the path I've chosen. I get frequent bloodwork, give blood every two months, and monitor blood pressure every day. Current stats are 208lbs at 5'8''. Heres the layout....

Can i ask what you mean exactly by "blast and cruise"?

Thanks. Blast and cruise means you stay on gear yearound. Most cruise on a low to moderate dose of test and then blast with higher doses or other compounds.

definitely going to follow, excited to see how this turns out, I am going to try a Test E/Tren E cycle sometime in the summer as well

Haha thats funny someone told me at the gym yesterday that I looked like Lee Priest. Thats the first I've heard that but it was a huge compliment to me. I'm not even close to his level. I hope that person wasn't you cause now you know my secrets lol.

Yesterday was a good workout. I've been busy as shit with work lately and my anxiety level is up. I'm sure the t3 and tren doesn't help but it's cool. My strength is definitely going up and I've had a lot more drive in my workouts. I do feel hot all the time and my skin's been producing more oil than it has been. I'll be going on vacation saturday for a week so I may not be able to log much if any during that time. This was my workout...

*Close Grip Smith Press (all bench's were taken) went up to 295 for 5 and 300 for 4
*Weighted dips 3x6-12
*DB skull crushers 3x8-15
*Arnold Press 4x8-12
*Cable Side Raise 3x8-12
*Face Pulls 3x8-15
 
I'm at the beach on vacation this week so I haven't been on here a whole lot. Hitting the local gym here for the week and getting a feel for it. I haven't noticed any major sides yet with the tren. Tren ace users, what kinds of sides do you usually experience and how long does it take for them to start? Yesterday I sweated more than ever in my workout and my cardio has gone to shit. My shirt was drenched in sweat and I felt like I was gonna throw up. I did chest and calves monday. Yesterday I did back and bis. Taking today off and I'll do shoulders and tris tomorrow.
 
Sleep sucks balls and when you sleep u have crazy dreams. I also sweat my balls off.

My sleep has been fine but I take trazadone and melatonin for sleep. I have been sweating my ass off. Hot all the time, especially after I eat.

Thanks I'm not that big though. I really would like to get to a lean 225lbs but I've got a ways to go to get there. At one point I was 225 but sloppy and bloated. It didn't feel or look good. Trying to go slow and steady and remain somewhat lean in the process. Its hard to eat enough clean calories to get to that size though. This tren has killed my appetite too so I've been having to force some of my meals down.
 
Had a good workout today. Did shoulders and tri's. Here's what I did...
Close grip bench 4x2-6 reps
Military Press 4x6-12 reps
Machine Dips 3x4-10 reps
Reverse Flys 3x20
DB skull crusher 3x15
Plate raises 3x20
Tricep Pushdown 3x15-25
Face Pulls 3x15-25

Did some higher rep shit than I usually do today for a change. I have attached a current pic taken post workout. Shredding up nicely.
 
Last day of vacation is today. Went to the local gym to hit legs. Heres what the workout looked like...

*Below Parallel Free Squats (close stance) did 4-5 warm up sets and two work sets with 315lbs for 10 reps.
*Stiff leg deadlifts (close stance) Worked up in doubles to 455 and then hit 495 once. Had no weight belt today so I didn't go further.
*Hyperextensions 4x15-20
*Leg Extensions 4x15-20
*Weighted Cable Crunches 4xfail
