you will get more out of 1 or 2 200mg caffien pills and its cheaper.
are you drinking nuff water?? if your not that will make you feel tierd even with caffien you need more.
have a 1 cup of water and a glass of juice 1 hr before work out along with a 200mg caffien pill.
that stuff you posted is the typ of over hyped crap i warnned you about. it dosnt even tell you exacly how much of what is in it. some chocolat extract and hoodia?? wtf is that.

We would recommend a more balanced weight loss formula; one that will help you lose weight, help your skin, increase energy, and improve your mood without any harmful side effects.

If you must 200mg caffien AND 8-16MG EPHEDRINE.
ITS NOT EASY var wasnt gonna make it easy nether will other stimulants or drugs it takes tiem and winter makes it even harder for me. keep at it and over time the results will help with your drive.
your gonna have to force it.
i do it its hard some times but i ask myself what are my goels ok and then i tell my self FUCK YOU "to my body" and i DO IT. say to your self : fuck you and fuck how you feel this is my goal iand im getting there weahter you brake apart or not, fuck you.
