Met new doctor and he gave me a new protocol. What is this???

Not to mention BP, and the obvious water retention(face, arms) that people will catch on to.
I don't know what you have uncovered in your endeavours but I find the pharm grade stuff to be double in potency to any UG lab I have tried.

Never ran UGL stuff yet as my insurance picks up all my gear. I'm a big boy and 200mg a week puts me over 1200 on the total test scale.

Wow mega, I figured you'd be the first to tell him 200 a week was too much to start with!

Listen to Megatron, he knows way more than me. Good luck In whatever you choose.

You can start low and work your way up or start high and work your way down. Standard TRT dose is 100-200mg per week. So I'm not sure one approach is any better than the other. Either way you are trying to dial yourself in. Sounds like his doc has some experience with TRT and hopefully used good judgment in picking his starting dose.

People can tell when you're on TRT????

You should go with 100mg twice per week. Then you will be following the protocol he gave you of 200mg per week.

You need to do more research on Deca. Here is a good place to start.

Deca Durabolin (nandrolone decanoate) | Steroidology.com

Absolutely make sure you and your doc are monitoring estradiol and prolactin. If your estradiol becomes elevate you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). If your prolactin becomes elevated you need a dopamine agonist like cabergoline or pramipexole.

Hi,
I'm not going to mess with that stuff. I would rather keep it simple. I really want to just use test c and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). I'll drop my dose down, and split it, just to avoid an AI

Pick up the deca anyways, who knows you might decide to use it in the future. Or you could sell it easy peasy. Pharm grade deca? Hot cakes.

Has anyone ever told you not everything that is free is worth having? :)

Can you touch on that more? I've been trying to weigh the benefits of going through insurance vs working with IMT.
(If this is considered thread jacking I apologize and can start a new topic. No offense meant)

it depends on what your after, when you use your insurance you have to go by their guidelines. You do not always get the best treatment with your insurance, especially when referring to niche TRT programs and individual hands on approach. IMT offers a concierge approach.

I am not saying its impossible to get that with insurance, it just depends. I have seen guys go that route and 5 months later they are still trying to get a program that makes them feel better.

On the other side when you pay out of pocket you can keep those medical records private :)

Thanks. I appreciate the response. I definitely see a lot of positives with your approach and will likely end up with you soon.

There's nothing wrong with that choice. I just want you to choose to avoid using Deca for the right reasons. Based on your previous posts you were misinformed about it.

I probably am misinformed about Deca but I would really like to keep TRT simple. If I could, I would have rather used Androgel for the rest of my life but I just didn't want to deal with the daily applications, transfering to my wife and/or daughter, etc.

I'm really hoping I could get away with just test and HCG.
