I tried Methyl-d for 3 weeks and felt absolutely nothing. No strength gains, no mass gains, no increased energy, no noticable fat loss, not even any side effects. Previously, I had tried M1T with decent results, but probably not worth the stress on my liver and the risk of gyno. My nipples started to get sensitive and puffy on the last week of M1T. For the next year, I think I'll just stick to my old routine of relying on diet, a multi-vitamin, and whey protein powder, no other supplements. After that, I'll probably take the advice of the many knowledgeable members on this board and skip the prohormones and get on some real gear. Might as well get some real gains with less impact on my liver if I'm going to get gyno anyhow.
