Mid 30s. 15% BF. Just purchased Clen. Any advice appreciated

I'm active. Pretty lean my whole life, but looking to take it up a notch starting next week.

My diet is clean (quasi paleo) and I usually jog 3 miles post workout

That said, I'd like to give clen a try and have done some homework but I would appreciate feedback Always looking for tips and constructive criticism.

Tips for the use of clen or tips for diet and training?

Diet wise, nothing special you need to add for clen. Just keep hydrated I'd say drink 1-1.5 gallons of water per day. Supplement with taurine if your getting cramps, for the most part just keep your diet in check.

If you've never used clen, you don't know your tolerance level. A 'high' dose of clen for me may be a 'low' dose for you or vise versa, all depends on your tolerance to the drug. You've got a basic plan for clen, just keep to that until you feel the sides are too much, if they are to low on your prime dose, bump it up. Oh and you don't need to taper down in my opinion, some say you do, some say you don't but I think it's pointless.

Also - are there any real risks in terms of detrimental sides ? In other words should I be concerned w/ kidney function? (just an example but I hear many talk of the need for additional hydration)

What about heart rate issues while working out or jogging
 
No problem, yes I did a 6 week cycle of Clen and T3.

I can't remember the exact results but it definately did help, it's more effective at lower body fat levels, I got down from 15% body fat down to 12%.

I wouldn't say there are any serious risks, and the reason to keep hydrated it is because of various factors, one being your body temperature will raise meaning you will need more water to keep hydrated, I drink about a gallon a day anyway.

Your heart rate will definately increase, even just sitting down it is much faster. I did HIIT for 30 mins, 5 times a week during the cycle, made my heart feel like it was going to explode... looking back it was not the smartest thing to do when on clen.

I suggest keeping to running like your doing post workout, people may say that exercises like running burn some muscle mass but when running clen it does have some anti-catabolic properties so dont worry about it.

I took 20 first day. Felt nothing.
40 next day. Nothing.
Then jumped to 80 felt some added heart pounded on my jog but I wasn't gassed like I heard I would be
I'm on day 5 now. Taking 120 now (might add another 40 later today) and will probably keep that dose on the 120-140 range unless I am advised otherwise

Weird. I thought this would make me VERY lean but I've been able to lean up more easily with consistent HIIT it seems. Now I am lifting daily and and running about 3 mi day post workout.

I'm holding at 181 lb. BF dropped from 15 to 12.2% over first few days. Not sure if i should attribute that to elec impedance error or if the clen is working.
 
You should do a 2 week On/Off cycle for the best results - Just my 2 cents

That's my plan. I'm still in week one however. I can't feel the clen even tho I'm exceeding the dose schedule I planned.

Can I run 160 (4 pills) or more a day for last 9 days?
 
I don't know if your clen is underdosed or if you just aren't very sensitive to the drug, but anything over 100mcg makes me jittery like a human vibrator! Do yourself a favor when stepping the doses up and keep an eye on your blood pressure and resting heart rate. Clen is notorious for causing heart palpitations at high doses and can even produce a murmur that may or may not become permanent. It's a fantastic cutting agent, but it definitely deserves respect. Be safe. :)

Yeah I def don't want any health issues. This is first clen cycle so I'm trying to be as smart as possible.

Usually I just go ultra clean on diet for 7 days leading up to when I want to be at my leanest. The lasr two days of that week I take hydroxycut. I can feel that. It makes me wired and agitated. Definitely could feel the stim properties.

With the clen it's like I'm waiting for something ... Anything ... To happen

Would taking a hydroxycut on 3 clen pills be stupid thing to do?

I took 3 (120 total dose) this am. Still don't feel any stim.

I don't know if the answer is more clen. Or what I should do

Any ideas?

Took a 4th pill today in mid afternoon. Assuming that prime labs has the dose right in these that's 4 total (160 dose) and I finally felt a little "pump"

Des this mean I'm resistant to clen? Should I take a Benadryl for a few days to "clear" my system.
