Mike's First Dbol/Test Cyp...Need Suggestions

You're headed in the right direction with dropping the D for first and hitting the aromasin daily at first. See how you respond first time and then as you go forward, you'll know exactly what you need. I've always done aroma/tamox and have gone to eod. For me, I felt as though my body acclimated to the test and 500-700 of test weekly is not ridiculous enough to cause any estro side effects unless you're really prone.

Next cycle when you add D, always remember any Orals should ALWAYS, in my experience, be a supplement to your Base Test injectables. No need to get fancy. Test E or Cyp will work for life.

Cardio? FOR SURE. I am 5'10 190-200 and usually very lean but I definitely use cardio to burn fat. I stay at 4,000-5,000 a day regularly but I'm an old man (40) that has worked my way up to those calories and they are clean. I'd start out at 3,500 and monitor your weight and adjust after 4 weeks. Unless you're genetically freaky lean, you'll need cardio and doing it consistently will definitely help your heart and keep your cholesterol reasonable. One other thing I don't hear that much talk about, FIBER. Getting a lot of your carbs through whole grain will give it to you without supplementation and it will help you if you're looking at a lifetime of gear, which imo is the only way to go into gear. Getting in shape is easy, maintaining it for a healthy, strong, productive lifestyle is the trick.

Thanks for the support and the good luck wishes. I appreciate everything thats been said. I'll definatley take everything you said, and everything everyone has suggested into consideration. I'll be following my plan in detail, and trying to lookout for changes that may need to be made based on my body's reaction to the wonderful things to come haha.

The only thing i still feel uneasy about is my diet. I push myself hard enough in the gym, I feel I know how to work my body enough without going overboard, and without slacking so I'm confident on that end. But the diet is a whole new ball game. I find it harder for me especially because my body has a tendency to store fat, and I can't seem to shred it without feeling like my muscle mass is taking a hit.

I've come to the conclusion, that i need a simple bulk and then cut. My body doesn't do the whole "burn fat while building lean muscle" thing, but maybe the gear will help with that? I think not based on what I've ready about test.

If i do go for the bulk, followed by a cut, how long should a wait after my PCT is complete to begin my cut? Or can I start during my post cycle therapy (pct)? Any suggestions of a good cutting plan, haven't had much luck in past attempts.

Well if you get blood work done before during and after you'll be cool. You wanna typically wait untill your natty test is completely recovered. At least that's what I do. You don't wanna cut cals because you don't wanna lose muscle you just put on. But everyone loses a little bit.

I've been training for about three years and I've selected a test cycle that best suits my needs, but I need to make sure I really prep my diet to maximize my experience.

Some Stats:
5'10, 190lbs, 25yrs, bf ~19%

The Cycle:
Week 1-12 test cyp (500mg/week)
Week 14-16 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva (40mg/d)
Week 16-18 Nolva (20mg/d)
Week 14-17 clomid (50mg/d)
Week 1-17 Aromasin (12.5mg/ed)

Looking to:
Develop a diet that helps my maximize my gains. I am looking to bulk, but obviously with my higher than normal bf% id like to keep the fat down (I know its unrealistic to try to gain muscle while losing the fat).

The Questions:
Is it possible to structure my diet so my bulk doesn't produce as much, if any fat? In the "free diet advice from 3J" he gives a sample bulk diet and a same cut diet. Is it possible for someone of my body type/bf% to use that cut diet while on my cycle? Will it be enough intake to still gain muscle? I guess I'm looking to grow, but as lean as possible, and I'd like to get the diet straightened out 100% before I even begin thinking about starting the cycle.

Brother if you are really following that diet close, even if not the actual food, but the actual macronutrient (carb/fat/protein) and calorie count, you can totally cut fat while building muscle.

Just have to be realistic in what you expect. 12 week cycle can and should give you 10-12 lbs of quality muscle and you can definitely drop a good 5-7% body fat at same time.

I would "find your daily calorie number". Find what number of calories keeps you at same weight and then as youre cycling you can add or drop 700 calories to get where you want.

Don't forget the cardio. If you're focused on your diet you'll get where you want. You've got the right attitude!

What's your age/height/weight and how many days a week train and how many cardio, (plus daily activity, (work) can also imapct calories)
 
Sounds perfect. Doing short amount 15-30 minutes after lifting helps me lower bf and doing 1 day a week of 45-60 also helps lower, keep heart strong, and also keep cholesterol low.

Sounds like youre right on. Keeping a "footnote in your head" of daily calories will really help you dial in your bf the closer you get.

What are you planning on for future cycles?

Injecting and gym time - I wouldn't worry about pinning and gym time, and I personally would avoid legs and delts, but a lot of guys do it so its up to you. What I would do in relation to gym time is when "your feeling it" push hard, and when your not go light and focus on peak contraction and pump.

Aromasin - wait a week
 
Sounds good ill wait a week for the Aromasin. That cardio plan sounds good, i can manage that much easy. I'm just hopping that my bf% drops a bit, i don't wanna bloat but oh well I'll take what I can get. Just gonna train hard, and eat big.

As far as future cycles go, I'm thinking I'll wait to see how this test cup works out, maybe ill try it again with a dbol kicker since i already have some.

I'd love to do a cutting cycle after this cycle right before summer, but I don't think ill have time since this cycle is about 14 weeks + PCT.
