Milk Giving Me The Shits!

Hey guys,

So taking in 5k cals a day, pretty difficult and I am trying to use milk to get me 1k cals (2 litres). Problem is it is giving me the runs, I am talking major shits. I have bought some lactase 9000 alu per tab. Is this what I need? I want to continue taking the milk as its easy calories. Any suggestions?

Hello Tim, I am totally new to the scene, and I would like to tell you that Milk is not good at all at my opinion because I am lactose intolerant to, and I found it out when one day I got lazy to go get milk. I was reading a study that when it gives you the runs it causes problems into the intestine as well but I don't know if its proved or anything since I stop I feel better. How about a high calorie protein shake to replace those 1000 cals?
 
Just to add my seed into my theory and justify and I would like to say that I personally have seen this so Coco is the best way to go as I know it doesn't get any major process and its the same with oils coconut oil is the way to go as well
